LOVE is a project of CareWheels, an Oregon
ยง501(c)(3) non-profit Public Benefit Corporation
The CareWheels.org website hosts the LOVE:Bank to provide an
information service through which our community-based account
holders may exchange offers and wants in the city of Lake Oswego
and surrounding areas. CareWheels provides an online accounts
database to facilitate these exchanges, building social capital for the
